Coral Gables Trust Company is proud to annouce "The Day After the Elections Breakfast with Donald H. Straszheim" on Wednesday, November 3, 2004. The Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove will be the venue for this event. A breakfast and reception will be followed by Mr. Staszheim's Financial Outlook Presentation. Donald H. Straszheim is chairman and chief executive officer of Straszheim Global Advisors. From 1985 to 1997, Straszheim was Chief Economist for Merrill Lynch and Co., the world's largest securities firm. He was voted ten consecutive years to Institutional Investor's All-Star Team (equity or fixed income). Straszheim left Wall Street in 1997 to serve as President of the Milken Institute (1997-2002), a not-for-profit, economic-and public-policy think tank, now serving as Vice Chairman. Straszheim is a regular analyst in the business and financial media and a well-known speaker. Earlier he held positions at Wharton Econometrics, the Weyerhaeuser Company and Investors Diversified Services, now American Express Advisors. He has various board and other relationships. He holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Purdue University.
