Coral Gables Trust is proud to announce the election of Charles Michael Hartz to their Board of Directors. Charles Hartz, a graduate of Stanford, started the firm, as founding partner in 1980. He has been the managing partner of the firm since its inception. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Hartz has gained a reputation as a "major case litigator" with a specialty in health care practice. He has litigated throughout the State of Florida in the area of medical malpractice cases involving brain damaged children, long term coma, paraplegia, and anesthetic and cardiac deaths and has handled literally hundreds of complicated medical malpractice cases. He has been rated AV by his peers and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Trial Practice.
