Ms. Fowler serves as the Company’s Treasurer, Chairman of the
Company’s Audit Committee and member of the Company’s Executive Committee. She is a
builder of healthcare startup companies and healthcare consulting practices. She is currently CEO
of Fowler Healthcare Partners, a healthcare advisory firm. Previously, she was co-founder and
Managing Partner of Prism Healthcare Partners, a healthcare and turnaround consulting firm that
successfully sold to Berkley Research Group. Prior to that, she was a Principal for Wellspring
Partners, the third-largest healthcare consulting company that successfully sold to Huron
Consulting Group. At Wellspring, she constructed the Non-Labor Supply Chain, Human
Resources and Information Technology practices. She was also a Partner at Arthur Andersen in
their healthcare consulting practice and built their supply chain business in the Southeast and
Western regions and led the national practice. Ms. Fowler is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Currently she serves
on the Board at the Community Foundation of Broward.
