Mrs. Risi Field is currently CEO of SFLA 305 Consulting Firm specializing
in supply chain management and international distribution. She served as President and CEO of
the Miami-based Independent Purchasing Cooperative for 28 years. In that position, she was
instrumental behind Subway’s rise to the world’s largest restaurant chain, including purchasing
approximately 26,000 Subway® stores in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, she served for three
years as senior director of purchasing for Restaurant Services, Inc. Mrs. Risi Field has served the
food service industry as a purchasing consultant, and as a purchasing executive for the Ralston
Purina Company, and Chef America, a frozen foods manufacturer. She sits on the board of
directors of several privately and publicly held companies and nonprofit organizations. Mrs. Risi
Field earned a B.S. from DePauw University in Indiana. She also serves as a member of the
Company’s Marketing Committee and Succession Planning Committee.
