Mrs. Sapp is Chief Executive Officer of Informed Families and the volunteer
President of the National Family Partnership. Through these organizations, her leadership has
created two nationally renowned drug abuse prevention campaigns, Red Ribbon and Lock Your
Meds. A leader in youth substance abuse prevention, Mrs. Sapp has served on the Advisory
Councils of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Advisory Council, the
National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Florida Governor’s Drug Control Policy. Mrs. Sapp has
been honored by the Miami-Dade Medical Association as their 2007 Citizen of the Year. She was
also given the 2007 Concern Award from the Health Foundation of South Florida and was honored
in 2011 with the Movers & Shakers Award by South Florida Business Leader magazine. Mrs. Sapp
has also served on Governor Jeb Bush’s statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council, and the Board
of Directors of the Miami Coalition for Safe and Drug Free Communities. She has testified before
Congress and been called upon as a community expert for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
in support of “Abuse Deterrent Formulations.” She also serves as a member of the Company’s
Marketing Committee.
